Renovation: Proposed backside extend

Extend backside  to the end of house area

This picture is before renovation. The owner want to extend the space to the end of fence area

The idea is to expand the roof with original asbestos type to the end of house area. The chain link fence will be replace with new concrete hight of 5 feet. The pillar for supporting the roof extend will be on the new concrete wall. This concrete wall will built with new exit door if a case owner to come out from back of house side. 

The floor will be fully concrete and render by cement for final finishing. The others will be remain untouch.

The new paint will be decide by house owner later.

This is budget renovation suitable for make some space for the house
