Guard House Design

One of my new project, make a design for guard house proposal in somewhere in Bukit Jalil residential. The measurement only limited to 6' x 9'. I proposed 3 type of design from low cost to affordable cost as request by client

Type 1:

Simple but ok. This design suitable with most residential area

Type 2:

Nice and better design. The good design will be a picture for residential

Type 3:

This is most common type of guard house in Malaysia. This design will cost the lowest price.

This is the medium size for 5 member in family. The ideas is it not too big and too small, but comfortable enough for medium size family. 

Differ to traditional house design, the living room is located in the middle of room to give house is visually bigger. The roof is design high to give better ventilation beside of bigger house

The proposal of furniture inside house after rendering. The kitchen is design more on square feet to give better space for housewife. Every room will have personal wardrobe to give more space.

Final rendering. Not the best rendering so far but it will give a picture the house in the village environment. It will look like modern design in the rural area.

Bedroom Design

it been long time im not making any posting. this is my new project, actually for one room at my home. there are nothing special with this except the pinto wall painting. then i try to render it using vray pluggin. used the default setting, and nothing to proud about it. bear in mind, vray is something isolate to me, but i will try best after this.

I redesign this room suitable for single inmate. just one bed and a wardrobe is suitable for guest room. Due to small space, i think it suitable for room fan because it can make room space look smaller. a tiny carpet and stool is perfect for leisure.

This is default rendering setting. Nothing special with the furniture because almost of them imported from google warehouse. The wall light is using the default light in the vray setting and for ceiling i used the ies light component that you can download it free.

And lastly, i used night scene for outside room. if you notice at picture no 2, there is empty by default. Usually, many people use the photoshop application for finishing. i guest its okay for small project like this. below is night scene picture that i use. any comment are welcome.

Fully Extend Double Storey House 1st Edition

This is my latest project. The idea is take full advantage of car porch to extend the house size to max.
The front will be extend with new structure and not connected to old structure.
The upper floor will be new master bedroom with personal bathroom. because of full usage of porch, there is new idea to use the rooftop as the new place for leisure. the access to roof top using the stair is before entering master bedroom. the roof top is fully concrete to let house resident relax comfortably.

Garden City Mall

this is idea for hyper mall. still not complete due limited time to concentrate on this project. unlike other project, there is no detail for inside building. i spend 1-2 hour couple of time for far.

the idea is, there is 2 main entrance. the first gate is for transportation hub. the public transport like cab, taxi and other come and drop passenger. It also can be exclusive car park center.
The second gate is more to garden concept entrance. it got more space with walk away cross over and people can enjoy the garden view from upside

The top of mall have 2 space for helicopter landing, specially for exclusive costumer. At lower floor is space for leisure activity. it come with 2 pool and shop lot and restaurant.

the estimate dimension is 480 feet by 400 feet

Renovation: Proposed backside extend

Latest project:

Extend backside  to the end of house area

This picture is before renovation. The owner want to extend the space to the end of fence area

The idea is to expand the roof with original asbestos type to the end of house area. The chain link fence will be replace with new concrete hight of 5 feet. The pillar for supporting the roof extend will be on the new concrete wall. This concrete wall will built with new exit door if a case owner to come out from back of house side. 

The floor will be fully concrete and render by cement for final finishing. The others will be remain untouch.

The new paint will be decide by house owner later.

This is budget renovation suitable for make some space for the house
